Working Out in 2024

I received my workout recap from IFit and am pretty proud of the stats. It seems I am in the top 5% of users, which is motivating. I completed 262 in-app workouts and nearly 100 more outside of the app. I created custom workouts to prepare for my cardiac stress test.

It is a bit scary that I spent 9.5 days on the treadmill, completing 651 miles.

The challenges, runs, and hikes around the world are my favorite. Due to the various challenges, I virtually visited 27 countries across six continents. I completed multi-session adventures at Everest Base Camp and Mt Killimjaero twice.

I hit a total of 250 milestones and completed 11 multi-session challenges.

My favorite trainers are Tommy Rivs, John Peel, and husband and wife duos Hanna Eden and Paulo Barretto as well as Stacie and Chris Clark. They are all great storytellers who give information about the location and history and motivate you to work harder. I always learn on the destination sessions and have learned a lot about body mechanics and dealing with various terrains.
